Problem with an item
We understand that not all the items are equal, since each item is unique and hand crafted. We also understand that sometimes something can go wrong or an item can be damaged during transportation. If your item arrived damaged, we can either refund you or replace the item, as long as it is still available. Under these circumstances, we will cover your returning expenses. If you live in the US, we will generate a returning label. If you live outside the US, we will offer options to facilitate the return of the item.
Don’t want the item anymore
If you decided that you don’t want the item anymore, you can return it for a refund of the item price less the shipping fees and any non-refundable deposit. The shipping to our US Warehouse will need to be covered by you.
After we receive the item, we will analyze it and provide a feedback about your refund.
Pre-order items (non-refundable)
The Pre-order deposit is 10% of the SRP and is non-refundable. You will have to pay the remaining balance of the SRP plus taxes plus the shipping costs to your delivery address once the item is available for shipping. Shipping cost will be shown once the item is available. You can only cancel your pre-order and request a refund within 24 hours after the order is placed. You cannot transfer your pre-order for a different item. The Pre-order deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if the delivery date is greater than 90 days of the original estimated arrival date. The refund request must be made directly by the customer at firstname.lastname@example.org
Bought it from another vendor
Iron Studios is one of the major players in the collectibles market, so it’s natural that you may see our items on sale on Amazon or retail stores. If you purchased our items through a vendor, you should contact them for assistance.
Condition of the item
The collectible must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, with all of the pieces and parts. If the item is incomplete, it will result in a delay of your refund or exchange.
We may charge 10% fee if the item was damaged due to improper repacking.
